1. Access FreePBX via 192.168.0.205:8888.
2. Click on Reports -> Asterisk Info
3. Click on Chan_Sip Info
4. If the Registry is not Registered by Request Sent, then the PABX is sending a request but it is not being acknowledged by the SIP service provider (GO)
5. Restart the PABX by connecting to FreePBX using putty via SSH on 192.168.205 and use the command fwconsole restart
6. If issue is not solved. Restart the VM using the command shutdown -r
7. If issue persists, restart the router by accessing 192.168.15.254
8. Click on System
9. Click Reboot
10. If issue persists The Go Modem needs to be restarted
